OnePay is seeking an experienced Issues & Program Manager on the Product Operations team to own the end-to-end Issues Management Program. You will triage issues, drive root-cause analysis, and lead containment and remediation, while also serving as a project manager on critical product initiatives with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

• 10+ years in technology-based project management, product operations, or fintech.
• Experience with issues management, regulatory compliance, or risk-adjacent projects.
• Strong data skills; ability to pull/interpret reports and build dashboards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with executives.

• Own the Issues & Program Management lifecycle end to end.
