Gusto is seeking a strategic, customer-focused leader to translate feedback and metrics into actionable insights shaping our product and service. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and CX teams to deliver value and customer love.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in operating roles at startups or SaaS companies.
• Experience scaling service strategy alongside growing products and incubating new offerings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and support product development and its integration into service strategy for existing customers.
• Understand product and end-to-end service experiences, including pain points and feedback.
• Lead product launches, ensuring readiness and post-launch insights for customers and teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives delivering value for customers and Gusto.
• Prototype with AI tools to accelerate design, synthesis, and workflows.
