Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Trusted Services team. You will craft compelling messaging, unlock new customers, and drive go-to-market programs for security, compliance, and resilience offerings.

Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Campaigns, Sales, Pricing, and Customer Success to accelerate revenue growth. This role demands strategic storytelling, strong communication, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product marketing, SaaS, or enterprise software experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; translate complex architectures into clear narratives.
• Strategic copywriting and storytelling with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on tactical execution from deck building to demos and events.
• Ability to lead new initiatives amid fast-moving AI and regulatory shifts.

Responsibilities

• Define the Value Proposition: Lead and create core value proposition, messaging for Security, Compliance, IT, Privacy and GRC buyers.
• Fuel our GTM Engine: Position Trusted Services as the foundation for Agentforce and Headless 360, educate the market on safe AI deployment at scale.
• Fuel the Sales Pipeline: Translate our marketing initiatives into actionable programs that spark interest and drive revenue growth.
• Empower the Field: Develop scalable enablement, messaging playbooks, and interactive demos to train sales teams.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Build consensus across Product Management, Campaigns, Creative, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success.
