Job summary

Tekmetric is a leading cloud-based platform for auto repair shops. We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own market validation, positioning, and go-to-market for our product area. You’ll build buyer-focused messaging, enable sales, and coordinate launches across teams with a data-driven approach.

You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing and work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS and startups.
Strong ability to own positioning, launches, and enablement end-to-end.
Experience with pricing decisions and packaging strategy.
Exceptional written and verbal communication across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
Comfort operating in ambiguity with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Own market validation and customer insights for assigned product areas.
Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks grounded in buyer language.
Write sales narratives, enablement content, and demand generation assets.
Coordinate launches across Sales, CS, and Marketing with measurable outcomes.
Define success metrics, track adoption, and refine messaging based on data.
