Job summary

Better Car People, a leading automotive technology and consulting company in the United States, seeks a Product Marketing Manager to translate product capabilities into compelling customer messaging and drive successful market introductions.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to communicate value, develop sales enablement content, and support launches. This role blends strategic thinking with strong communication to enhance customer understanding and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related marketing role.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS, software, or technology company.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer messaging.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Experience creating product collateral, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product teams to translate features into customer messaging.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Better Car People solutions.
• Identify target audiences and buyer personas to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Create and maintain product collateral, sales enablement materials, and presentations.
• Support product launches with go-to-market plans and cross-team collaboration.
• Assist with early adopter programs by gathering customer feedback and success stories.
• Develop customer case studies and success stories highlighting product value.
• Conduct competitive research and share market insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns and channels.
