You’ll develop content, drive launches with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and enable teams with competitive insights and compelling stories.

Responsibilities

Own positioning and messaging across Unified, Agent Handler, Gateway, and Merge for Workforce.
Lead product launches with cross‑functional teams to drive pipeline and adoption.
Build content that helps buyers decide, including exec decks and demos.
Equip customer‑facing teams with competitive insights and training.
Incorporate customer and market insights into product strategy.
Use AI to improve execution and measure impact on pipeline.
