You will work with cross‑functional partners to incorporate market insights, excel in storytelling, and demonstrate hands‑on AI fluency through demos and SDKs, influencing strategy and adoption across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing for enterprise software, AI, infrastructure, API, or developer tools.
• Enterprise buying cycles and ability to connect business value with executives, IT, security.
• Strong storytelling, positioning, and launch execution.
• Hands‑on AI and technical fluency; use API docs/SDKs to build a demo.
• Understanding of enterprise AI, models, agents, integrations, data access, permissions.
• Active engagement with AI industry and developer tools trends.
• Clear communication and ownership across teams from strategy to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging across Unified, Agent Handler, Gateway, and Merge for Workforce.
• Lead product launches with cross‑functional teams to drive pipeline and adoption.
• Build content for buyers: executive decks, customer stories, solution briefs, demos, proof points.
• Equip customer‑facing teams with competitive insights, pitch decks, and training.
• Incorporate customer and market insights to sharpen positioning and inform Product.
• Use AI to improve execution and measure impact on pipeline and adoption.
