Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology, to lead go-to-market across Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios.

This high-visibility, cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership, shaping strategy and executing campaigns and launches. The position emphasizes ecosystem marketing, messaging, enablement, and sales tools development for three core sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing.
• Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plus.
• Experience working with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus, with emphasis on public safety, security, or defense tech.
• Strong communication skills with a data-driven, consultative approach to complex B2B solution strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and execute hands-on with high scope and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology partnership marketing strategy — including alliances and ecosystem partners — and build scalable governance.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that bring partner and ecosystem value to life for customers and partners.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market across Public Safety, Video, and Defense.
• Craft messaging and positioning demonstrating value of integrated solutions and AI-driven capabilities.
• Define target audience, pain points, and white space opportunities.
• Develop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
