Newsela is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Newsela Threads & Themes. You will lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and cross-functional execution to grow the Core ELA portfolio.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role, shaping ABM programs and sales enablement to drive adoption and revenue growth. You will own buyer personas, messaging architecture, and competitive intelligence, coordinating with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Product to deliver impactful campaigns and enablement

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or related marketing roles.
• Experience leading complex product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate buyer insights into actionable GTM programs and sales enablement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end GTM execution for national and state-level core curriculum launches.
• Own positioning, messaging, and persona development for Newsela Threads & Themes.
• Drive market, competitor, and customer intelligence to inform product roadmaps and marketing programs.
• Enable revenue teams with sales decks, training, battlecards, and collateral.
• Shape operational workflows and cross-functional processes for better alignment.
• Develop thought leadership content and multi-channel campaigns to support adoption and growth.
• Measure GTM performance and optimize based on data.
