Job summary

Newsela is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Newsela Threads & Themes. You will lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and cross-functional execution to grow the Core ELA portfolio. This role focuses on national and state-level launches, requiring strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

You will translate buyer insights into differentiated messaging, enable sales with compelling materials, and collaborate across Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to optimize GTM impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or related marketing roles.
• Demonstrated success leading complex product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of K12 education buying cycles and personas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM for national and state-level core curriculum launches.
• Define positioning, messaging, and persona development for Newsela Threads & Themes.
• Drive ABM, field alignment, and revenue enablement with Sales and RevOps.
• Shape GTM processes, cadences, and cross-functional collaboration.
