Affirm is seeking a Group Product Marketing Manager to lead strategy and systems driving product marketing excellence for our B2B organization. You will synthesize merchant, consumer, and market insights to shape shared strategy, strengthen merchant narratives, and guide product and go-to-market investments.

You’ll establish frameworks, standards, and operating mechanisms that improve segmentation, go-to-market planning, and measurement across teams, while directly leading a focused set of

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or similar field.
• Experience in B2B payments, fintech, commerce, or platform businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the portfolio narrative and connect it to broader brand storytelling.
• Establish operating rhythms for alignment across planning, forecasting, launches, and opportunities.
• Equip Revenue teams with messaging, tools, and proof points to strengthen merchant conversations.
• Lead Voice of the Merchant through Client Advisory Board and feedback loops to inform product priorities and GTM decisions.
• Own high-priority, ambiguous opportunities such as partnerships or new market launches.
• Model affirm’s values, build inclusive teams, and coach others to perform at their best.
