Job summary

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive strategy and market execution for next-gen Smart Power Stages and DrMOS. You will bridge R&D and Tier-1 customers, defining requirements and guiding products from concept to mass production.

You will translate semiconductor physics and system-level power architecture into compelling plans, collaborating with design and customers to optimize high-density power delivery for AI servers and data centers.

Qualifications

• MSEE or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years in technical marketing, applications engineering, or IC design in power electronics.
• Deep understanding of DC/DC switch-mode power supplies and semiconductor physics.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts into strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Define specifications for future power stage ICs by analyzing current needs of AI accelerators and data center processors.
• Lead design-in efforts with key accounts; guide customers through board bring-up, thermal debugging and efficiency optimization.
• Collaborate with IC Design, Process Engineering and Applications teams to push DMOS/Trench MOSFET performance and reduce losses.
