Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the High-Performance AI and Compute Power (HPAC) line. You will own the full product lifecycle, define market strategy, champion customer needs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation power management solutions.

You will define strategy, roadmaps, and portfolios for AI, servers, data centers, networking, and computing markets, conduct competitive analysis, develop business cases, and craft compelling GTM

Qualifications

• BSEE or related fields with 5+ years in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles.
• MSEE or MBA is a plus.
• Understanding of power management applications and products.
• Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets.
• High energy, self-motivated, go-getter attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with teams across multiple offices.
• Ability to collaborate and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Product Development & Delivery: Partner with engineering teams to develop and launch products; provide direction to the product development team.
• Go-to-Market & Sales: Develop sales collateral, customer presentations, and pricing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with peer product managers to define end-to-end solutions; stay abreast of tech trends.
• Documentation & Communication: Create product docs, training materials, and technical notes; translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
