Job summary

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or MS in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in power semiconductor, power systems, power conversion, or related industries.
- Proven experience defining architectures for AI/Data Center Power Systems, Automotive Electrification, Industrial Power Systems.
Responsibilities
- Define architectures and product roadmaps across PSG divisions.
- Engage with strategic customers and industry leaders to capture requirements.
- Lead technology direction and solution definitions across multiple divisions.
- Mentor engineering leaders and influence executive stakeholders.
- Shape PSG’s future technology strategy and competitive positioning.
