Role Overview: The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will lead product marketing and enablement for Textio's recruiting and performance management products. This includes developing marketing strategies to drive product adoption, training sales and customer success teams, and contributing to pipeline-generating marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing :

1. Own positioning and launch strategies for new Textio product features and capabilities.
2. Create collateral such as slides, 1-pagers, and landing pages, and lead training sessions with sales, customer success, and marketing teams on their usage.
3. Write and edit clear, human-readable website and email copy, avoiding jargon.
4. Collaborate closely with engineering to establish a regular cadence around product value, roadmap, and launches.
5. Lead competitive analysis and share insights across the company.

We'd love to hear from you if you :

1. Have a low ego but a strong point of view.
2. Have 5+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS.
3. Are exploring or working with generative AI in your projects.
4. Understand HR personas and workflows, with experience creating relevant content for HR teams.
5. Can showcase a portfolio of marketing and sales enablement materials demonstrating impact across the customer lifecycle.

The salary range for this role is currently $130,500 - $187,500. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, skills, and market data. Additional benefits and equity details are available upon request.
