Job summary

Genesis, a full-stack general-purpose robotics company, is seeking a Product/Technical Marketing leader to own positioning, messaging, and launches. You’ll craft compelling narratives for GENE, Eno, and commercial stories, working with engineering and sales to translate complex tech into credible customer value.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product/technical marketing for AI/robotics, exceptional writing, and a track record of evidence-based storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing or technical marketing experience with ownership of positioning, messaging, and launches.
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to explain complex tech without changing meaning.
• Sound technical judgment, ideally in AI, autonomy, or robotics.
• Clear understanding of the difference between research results and deployment claims.
• Track record of tying market research to differentiation, messaging, and priorities.
• Strong relationships with engineers and customer-facing teams through active listening and drafts.
• Published work or launch materials showing contribution to evidence and review.
• Bonus: Experience marketing industrial or logistics deployments and customer stories through technical/legal review.
• Bonus: Familiarity with simulation and open-source research communities.

Responsibilities

• Own Genesis's positioning and messaging, with a narrative and evidence base for founders, teams, investors, and industrial customers.
• Build launch narratives for model releases and deployments, explaining changes, significance, and supported evidence.
• Track robotics landscape weekly and convert developments into concise briefs to sharpen differentiation.
• Develop customer stories with strategic partners and deployment teams, securing approvals and data-rights review before publication.
• Equip the commercial team with buyer-facing materials, use-case explainers, and competitive responses grounded in demonstrated capabilities.
• Develop talent narratives with recruiting and technical teams to show candidates the problems they could work on.
• Review public performance claims for platform, conditions, speed, and autonomy, resolving gaps before publication.
• Turn field failures into evidence by tracing issues through evaluation and fixes, and explain deployment improvements.
