Job summary

HITRUST is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for cyber risk solutions. You will translate complex risk models and analytics into clear business value for executives, risk leaders, and security buyers.

You will collaborate with product, research, sales, customer success, and customers to shape GTM strategy, plan launches, develop content, and enable sales across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in B2B product marketing in cybersecurity or related field.
• Ability to translate complex risk models into executive-friendly value propositions.
• Experience leading cross-functional GTM programs from strategy to execution.
• Proven track record enabling enterprise sales and win rates.
• Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with AI tools to support product marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging for cyber risk solutions.
• Develop messaging frameworks for target buyers and use cases.
• Partner across Product, Sales, CS to shape GTM strategy.
• Plan and execute product launches and post-launch adoption.
• Create marketing content: briefs, website copy, guides, decks.
• Develop sales plays and enablement assets for risk decisions.
• Train enterprise sales teams to improve discovery and win rates.
• Lead market and competitive research and translate findings.
• Collaborate with demand gen to align campaigns with positioning.
• Track performance and recommend changes.
