Job summary

TheGuarantors is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale Zero Gap Renters Insurance, a compliance product for property managers. You will own surfaces and workflows spanning customer operations and carrier partnerships, driving growth and compliant, scalable outcomes.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, insurance product, compliance, and GTM teams to turn customer learnings into a repeatable product that supports strong year-over-year top-line growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with 0-to-1 experience building new products
• Ability to translate complex processes into product requirements with operations/compliance teams
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across sales, operations, and engineering
• Commercial fluency to define ICP, positioning and revenue strategy with GTM partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders and partners

Responsibilities

• Own full product roadmap for ZGRI: renter compliance flow, enrollment, and operator dashboard
• Lead operations discovery and automation in partnership with operations
• Engage with external carriers to streamline workflows
• Collaborate with GTM to define ICP and scaling strategy
• Define and track success metrics for compliance, enrollment velocity, adoption, and revenue
