Job summary

MSI is seeking a Product Manager to partner with cross‑functional teams to develop and launch new insurance products for the Renters segment. You will analyze performance, regulatory filings, and profitability to drive growth.

Reporting to the Renters National Head of Product, you will craft roadmaps, evaluate market opportunities, and lead initiatives across data, compliance, and distribution to strengthen MSI’s market position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance product management, development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support introduction of new products and enhancements across markets.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Actuarial, Claims, Operations, Technology, Compliance and Data teams.
• Analyze market trends, risks, and growth opportunities to improve profitability.
• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure regulatory revisions are implemented timely and effectively.
