You will partner with CRO, Discoverability, and engineering to shape the roadmap, ensure CMS flexibility with Optimizely, and enable fast, measurable improvements across campaigns and pages.

The role demands 8+ years in digital product management with enterprise CMS expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product management with at least 3+ years owning enterprise CMS and experimentation platforms.
• Experience leading web experiences in a B2B enterprise tech environment.
• Proven ability to drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) and direct online sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the Web Product Vision and roadmap for the corporate website.
• Drive platform health, performance, and security (Core Web Vitals).
• Lead an Agile pod, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRO, UX, and Engineering to enable high-conversion experiments.
