Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Watchlist Screening and Monitoring platform, a foundational piece of our compliance suite used by banks, fintechs, and other customers worldwide. You will own the roadmap and strategy, work with Data Science and Engineering to improve accuracy, scalability, and integration, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management, preferably in compliance technology.
• Domain knowledge in AML/BSA regulations and sanctions screening.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ML model behavior.
• Analytical skills to evaluate screening performance metrics.
• Experience working with compliance buyers and enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the Watchlist product roadmap balancing accuracy, customer needs, and engineering capacity.
• Drive improvements to screening and monitoring capabilities with data science and engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM to support enterprise deals.
• Represent product externally at events and with compliance buyers.
• Use SQL and analytics to evaluate product performance and guide decisions.
