Job summary

Socure, Seattle-based, seeks a Compliance Operations Manager to lead AML framework development, regulatory intelligence, and client advisory services. You will coordinate with engineering, data science, and sales to translate evolving rules into secure product features and scalable compliance programs.

You will collaborate with regulators and customers to support audits, ensure accuracy across data systems, and drive strategic operational improvements in a growing fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in AML compliance operations at a financial institution, fintech, or compliance technology company.
• Knowledge of OFAC sanctions programs, FATF guidance, BSA/AML regulations, and PEP screening standards.
• Experience maintaining or auditing watchlist data sources, including provenance tracking and quality control.
• Familiarity with AML taxonomy structures and regulatory frameworks; able to translate changes into product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rigorous AML/compliance frameworks, taxonomies, and methodologies powering the platform's context layer.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to ensure accurate representation in data ingestion, entity resolution, and matching systems.
• Track regulatory developments and translate them into product roadmap implications; shape customer communications.
• Help design and scale Socure's professional services and advisory capabilities for AML programs.
• Interface with regulators and customers, support audits, and drive roadmap requirements reducing operational burden.
