Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Virtual Card Platform within Visa Commercial Solutions. You will own the product roadmap, prioritize backlogs, and collaborate with Technology, Risk, and Legal to deliver scalable B2B payment capabilities.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management across multiple teams, including client institutions and partners. Travel and fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• 6 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years with an Advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of Visa Commercial Solutions strategies and translate into product roadmap.
• Serve as Product Owner for one or more scrum teams with backlog, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Technology and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure platform capabilities across payment services and APIs.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and regional teams to assess impacts and support delivery.
• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate capabilities meet requirements.
• Produce and maintain product documentation including release notes and training content.
• Drive go-to-market and operational readiness, including release communications and client impact assessments.
• Act as SME for internal and external stakeholders through collaboration with regional teams.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, leadership and communication in a fast-paced environment.
