Job summary

365 Retail Markets is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Seed Pro, the core vending operations module, and the Seed data products suite — Spotlight, Copilot, Analytics, and Intelligence. You will drive roadmaps, translate operator needs into backlog priorities, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to share product knowledge.

You will also lead 1–2 PMs, ensuring alignment with other Operator Experience products and applying AI-driven insights to improve operator

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience owning a core module or platform area end-to-end.
Strong written and verbal communication; translate tradeoffs for engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working with multi-segment customer bases (mid-size regional to enterprise).
Experience mentoring or leading other PMs.

Responsibilities

Set and drive roadmaps for Seed Pro and the Seed data products suite.
Translate operator pain points into a prioritized backlog and ship features that improve operator outcomes.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to share product knowledge.
Champion data- and AI-driven features to provide actionable insights and guidance.
Mentor 1–2 PMs and raise standards across the PM team.
