Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Manager in SaaS, preferably restaurant tech/POS.
• Experience with customer interviews and discovery research.
• Experience with platform modernization and scalable architecture.
• Proficient in setting measurable goals (OKRs, KPIs) and using product analytics.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for HungerRush's core POS product.
• Partner with engineering on modernization, deprecation, and architectural decisions.
• Lead continuous discovery with customers and in-store observations to inform decisions.
• Own go-to-market for new POS capabilities with sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and platform work.
• Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to leadership.
