Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or equivalent
• Experience with complex B2B or marketplace products
• Strong discovery instincts and user insight
• Excellent written communication; reduces ambiguity
• Shipping meaningful outcomes in Agile environments
• SQL proficiency or fluency in analytics stack
• Comfort with experimentation and measurement
• Technical depth for APIs, data models, integrations
• Experience with data-heavy products and ML/AI familiarity

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for key consumer shopping experience.
• Understand dealer, upfitter, OEM, and fleet buyer workflows through direct insight and analytics.
• Write clear problem definitions, specs, and success criteria for engineering and design.
• Define and instrument key metrics; perform analyses independently.
• Partner with design on discovery and validation; with engineering on sequencing and tradeoffs.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities and scope bets with clear criteria and failure modes.
• Drive end-to-end launches: enablement for sales and support, adoption tracking.
• Communicate with executives, GTM, and customers about upcoming changes and rationale.
• Contribute to the broader product operating model and decision frameworks.
