Amplify is seeking aSenior Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, learning scientists, and marketers to dream up, design, and deliver transformative classroom experiences.

You will own the 12–18 month roadmap for mCLASS Math, align with long-term goals, and drive customer-focused outcomes. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, research-driven decisions, and collaboration across Design, Engineering, Learning Science, and Content teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS/ed tech context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Startup and growth experience where priorities shift and ownership is essential.
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to launch.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • AI enthusiasm with ability to shape AI-powered experiences and evaluate opportunities.
  • Technical literacy to collaborate with engineers on hard problems and platform trade-offs.

Responsibilities

  • Define the north star and 12–18 month roadmap for mCLASS Math aligned with long-term goals.
  • Set quarterly OKRs and drive product-level outcomes for customer retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Own research initiatives and create release plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Write clear specifications and manage a prioritized backlog with Design and Engineering.
  • Translate research into high-quality assessments and reporting to inform instructional decisions.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand needs and translate into priorities.
  • Analyze market intelligence to identify gaps and differentiators for future releases.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery from ideation to post-launch iteration.
  • Influence senior leadership and stakeholders around product vision and roadmap.
  • Enable go-to-market success with Marketing, Sales and CX for launches.
