Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team of product managers for Supplemental, Intervention and Free content, concentrating on literacy and math within Amplify Classroom. You will set vision, own multi-year roadmaps, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact educational experiences.

You will mentor managers, align product efforts with state standards and customer needs, drive adoption and revenue growth, and ensure scalable, delightful solutions for

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years in a high-growth environment with 5+ years of people management
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Startup/growth experience in fast-moving environments
  • Proven end-to-end product leadership
  • Strong execution, strategic instincts & business judgment
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and multi-year roadmap using market intel and data insights.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, and content.
  • Drive P&L targets, pricing, budgets, distribution, and margins.
  • Deliver products end-to-end from concept to launch and iteration.
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and translate into priorities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies with Marketing and Sales.
