Job summary

ACT Education Corp. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Test Preparation and Practice. This role owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap across ACT's test prep portfolio, including ACT, PreACT, and WorkKeys, with responsibility for growing revenue and user engagement.

You will balance free access with paid offerings, manage partner relationships, and define pricing strategies. Remote work in the U.S. is supported, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and market-facing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience with freemium, subscription, or B2C monetization.
• Demonstrated experience managing external vendor or licensing partnerships.
• Strong roadmap planning, prioritization, and agile development processes.
• Experience using customer insight and competitive analysis to shape pricing and go-to-market strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for test prep across ACT's portfolio (ACT, PreACT, WorkKeys).
• Define positioning and business model for free and paid test prep products.
• Manage external test prep partners and drive joint roadmaps to grow revenue and add offerings.
• Evaluate new partnerships to expand reach while protecting paid portfolio value.
• Lead revenue, engagement, and lifetime value metrics and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Market Research to position products and grow B2B/B2C revenue.
