Job summary

ACT is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Test Preparation and Practice to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap across ACT's assessment portfolio, including ACT, PreACT, and WorkKeys. You will balance free access with paid revenue, manage partners, and drive revenue growth within a remote U.S. team.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, strong pricing and monetization skills, and collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Market Research to position offerings and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience with commercial portfolio ownership.
• Experience with freemium or subscription models and converting free users to paying customers.
• Proven experience managing external vendor or licensing partnerships and negotiating joint roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for test prep across ACT's portfolio.
• Define pricing and business models for free and paid test prep products.
• Manage external test prep partners and drive joint roadmaps that grow revenue.
