Job summary

ACT is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Test Preparation and Practice to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap across the ACT assessment portfolio, including ACT, PreACT, and WorkKeys. You will drive revenue growth, manage external partners, and build paid offerings that learners are willing to pay for.

The role combines product leadership with commercial strategy and partnership management to expand access and wallet share, with compensation in the $120,000–$135,000 range and a remote,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience with freemium, subscription, or B2C monetization models.
• Demonstrated experience managing external vendor or licensing partnerships.
• Strong roadmap planning, prioritization, and agile development processes.
• Experience using customer insight and competitive analysis to shape pricing and go-to-market strategy.
• Track record balancing internal teams, external partners, and customers for revenue decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ownership of revenue, engagement, and lifetime value metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for test prep across ACT's portfolio.
• Define positioning and business model for free and paid prep products.
• Manage external test prep partners and co-create roadmaps.
• Pursue new partnerships to expand reach and protect paid portfolio value.
• Identify opportunities to capture wallet share from learners spending on other providers.
• Define channel strategy for new practice tests and content.
• Modernize and reposition signature test prep products for competition.
• Define prep requirements for PreACT and WorkKeys.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Market Research on pricing and GTM, grow revenue.
