Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience in Business, Information Systems, Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with lifecycle ownership from ideation to launch and operations.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare regulated environments with CRM platforms.
• Experience enabling product adoption, training, and change programs.
• Experience defining KPIs for adoption, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall; requirements gathering and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Territory and Roster Management products.
• Lead end-to-end strategy for national team overview of talent placement for executives.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with product managers to drive product evolution.
• Prioritize enhancements to support downstream product needs.
• Lead data governance, quarterly territory alignment reviews, and data quality stewardship.
