Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated environments with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Territory and Roster Management.
• Lead end-to-end product strategy delivering national/team level talent placement insights.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with engineering partners.
• Prioritize enhancements to support downstream product needs and governance.
