Genentech in South San Francisco is seeking a Business Product Manager for Territory and Roster Management within the CRM Product Suite. You will own product strategy, roadmaps, and value delivery, translating business needs into actionable requirements for engineering while partnering with CRM, analytics, and commercial stakeholders.

This role requires 5+ years in product management in pharmaceutical or regulated environments, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, information systems, or analytics.
• 5+ years in product management for analytical/digital products.
• Experience with CRM platforms in pharma/biotech.

Responsabilidades

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Territory and Roster Management.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering.
• Lead quarterly territory alignment and talent flow health reviews.
• Oversee data governance and integrations across systems.
• Develop ad-hoc reporting to inform stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and change management for feature rollouts.
