Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical for Everyday Essentials Experiences. You will own end-to-end CX strategy across homepage, search, and detail pages, shaping sponsored experiences and brand engagement.

You’ll partner with Ads, Category, and Personalization teams to drive experiments, track metrics, and deliver a prioritized roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time.

Responsabilidades

• Own and define the product strategy for how customers discover, compare, and a brand's portfolio of products — a cross-organizational initiative.
• Partner with the top brands in Everyday Essentials to design customer experiences that drive brand engagement.
• Lead the design and sequencing of UX patterns.
• Drive goal alignment.
• Define and track success metrics from a brand's perspective.
• Serve as the primary product voice in senior leadership reviews and key brand contacts communicating strategy, tradeoffs, and sequencing with clarity.
• Manage a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Translate customer and brand research into actionable product requirements and prioritized roadmap investments.
