Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical, Digital Acceleration, to define and own the roadmap for digital commerce systems and subscription management experiences across Prime, Amazon Video, Music, Alexa, and Kindle.

You'll work with (Technical) Product Managers, engineers, UX designers, and senior leaders to craft innovative initiatives, analyze data, and champion customer experiences through end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver innovative software and services that enable experimentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve product capabilities.
Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify pain points.
Own the product roadmap and manage initiatives across teams.
Present to senior management and external stakeholders.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet high quality standards.
