Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA, is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Technical to own the journey of building Quick as the front door for agentic commerce across Amazon’s ecosystem. You will shape strategy, partner with multiple teams, and ship foundational product capabilities.

You will write narratives, define vision, and work with engineering, applied science, and design to deliver customer-centric, scalable solutions that drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience.
• 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager.
• 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT) experience.
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience.
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience.
• 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise security product experience.
• 5+ years of product management in the cloud computing technology space experience.

Responsabilités

• Define the vision through writing. Author PRFAQs, narratives, and specs that frame the agentic commerce opportunity and align S-team orgs across Amazon Business, Sellers, and Vendors.
• Work backward from customers. Engage directly with buyers, sellers, vendors, and AWS field teams; turn what you hear into product conviction.
• Build agentic solutions. Be hands-on with the technology, from semantic model to action across a seller's tools.
• Partner with GTM and Sales to design onboarding and growth motions that accelerate time-to-value.
• Own business outcomes: adoption, revenue, competitive win rates, and retention.
