Job summary

Higharc is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead the Home Design Experience web app. You will drive architectural choices, deliver production-grade TS/React code, and shape the technical strategy with the product/UX lead.

You’ll work on browser-based 3D workflows, AI-supported interactions, and closely collaborate with platform teams to create reusable foundations while shipping features quickly for customers. This is a fully remote role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Track record architecting, building, and shipping substantial web applications.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and modern web app architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Three.js and browser-based 3D applications.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-forward development and AI-supported experiences.
• Experience making technical decisions independently with product/design partner.
• Strong collaboration across application and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Prototype new home design workflows and turn them into customer-ready software.
• Lead development of interactive 3D home design workflows and real-time UI integration.
• Own architecture and delivery from prototype to production across frontend, state, and services.
• Partner with product/UX to challenge assumptions and plan what to build next.
• Deliver critical pieces yourself to keep delivery moving and reduce risk.
• Help other engineers grow through pairing, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Document and extend shared patterns used across Higharc products.
