Job summary

Higharc seeks a Senior Product Manager to own Studio, its browser-based 2D/3D design environment, and the data flow from estimates to construction documents.

You will lead the vision and roadmap for the authoring workflow, collaborating with Engineering and Building Generation, and define quality thresholds for scalable design tools.

The role values strong cross-functional communication and a track record in design software or CAD/BIM contexts, with a remote-first US focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on modern software products.
• Track record shipping complex interactive applications with measurable impact.
• Technical fluency to read architecture and reason about the data model.
• Ability to prototype ideas quickly using tools like Cursor, Replit, or v0.dev.
• Clear communication across engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Studio’s authoring workflow: 2D/3D editing through plan, elevation, and option management at catalog scale.
• Run discovery with drafters and internal Studio teams to observe workflows.
• Partner with Studio Engineering and Building Generation on API surface between model and Studio tooling.
• Set quality thresholds for latency, geometric correctness, and undo integrity and enforce them.
• Own metrics: activation, time-to-first-plan, authoring throughput, plan reuse, and model correctness.
• Define direction for Studio’s integration with estimating, purchasing, and sales while protecting workflow.
