• Track record defining structured data models, taxonomies, or classification schemes and driving adoption.
• Strong judgment about data quality and the level of accuracy needed for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Embed with HQ, regional, and division teams to discover and document plan assets and source of truth.
• Own product definition for the searchable plan library, analytics dashboard, and agent-enabled search.
• Tune Higharc's Autotranslate AI to categorize and translate floorplans into data.
• Work hands-on with the data: query the structured plan library, build against internal APIs, and ship working capabilities to users.
• Define acceptance criteria for delivery milestones and hold the line on them under schedule pressure.
• Frame and defend ROI: catalog redundancy, dimensional spread, consolidation candidates, and purchasing leverage.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering, the Technical Lead, QA, Intake Specialists, and Client Strategy to present progress to executives.
• Capture playbooks and data patterns to scale the model to future engagements.
