Job summary

Alphatec Spine is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to lead EOS Insight development, commercialization, and lifecycle management. You will translate clinical needs into actionable product requirements and drive execution from concept to market adoption.

You will collaborate with engineering, regulatory, quality, and sales teams, engaging surgeons to validate concepts and identify opportunities for innovation within data-driven clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in tech products or orthopedic devices.
• Experience interfacing with surgeons and clinical teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned portions of the EOS Insight portfolio, driving strategy and lifecycle management.
• Partner with leadership to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and sequencing.
• Translate surgeon feedback and clinical workflows into product requirements and stories.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Serve as subject matter expert for EOS Insight and related data-driven tech.
• Drive customer discovery with surgeons, sales leaders, and clinical teams.
