Job summary

Alphatec Spine, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager for the Mobile Platform to define and optimize mobile software used in spine surgical workflows.

You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality iOS, Android, and web experiences. The role serves as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with regulatory constraints to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years mobile product management or related software development experience.
• Experience with mobile apps, SaaS or healthcare tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns mobile platform portfolio lifecycle from discovery to retirement and communicates priorities.
• Leads discovery with customers to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translates customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and release scope.
• Partners with Engineering, UX, QA to deliver intuitive mobile experiences and define acceptance criteria.
• Coordinates releases, beta programs, and post-launch evaluation; uses analytics to drive improvements.
• Supports advanced platform opportunities including native capabilities, AI, and automation.
