Job summary

Zeitview is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Solar) to lead the solar vertical, owning problem definition, guiding discovery, and translating insights into actionable requirements for platform PMs and engineering teams. You will build client relationships and shape GTM while ensuring customer value and growth.

You will travel to customer sites and collaborate with sales, engineering, and solutions PMs to drive strategic outcomes and new offerings in a rapidly evolving solar market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a science, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in product management or related customer-facing roles in enterprise software.
• Deep domain expertise in the solar industry with ability to interpret on-site assets and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics for the vertical tied to revenue, retention, and outcomes.
• Embed with 3–5 strategic accounts to understand workflows and pain points.
• Run structured discovery across customer interviews, field observations, competitive analysis, and usage data.
• Negotiate with platform PMs using data and customer evidence.
• Write clear, prioritized requirements for engineers and solutions PMs.
• Build internal credibility as the industry expert.
