Job summary

Zeitview seeks a Senior Product Manager - Commercial Properties to own problem definition, drive discovery with enterprise customers, and translate insights into clear requirements for platform PMs and engineers. You will embed with strategic accounts, travel to sites, and collaborate with sales and solutions teams.

This role emphasizes growth, competitive intel, and GTM planning, with metrics ownership and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a science, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in product management, solutions consulting, technical sales, or a comparable customer-facing role in enterprise software.
• Deep domain expertise in commercial properties. You can walk onto a customer site and understand the assets, inspection workflows, regulatory context, and business model.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with enterprise customers and translating those relationships into product insight.
• Ability to run structured discovery and synthesize inputs into a prioritized problem set for other teams to act on.
• Commercial acumen: understand how product decisions connect to pipeline, deal size, retention, and competitive positioning.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to present to VPs and translate conversations into product briefs.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and inspection locations.

Responsibilities

• Define success metrics for your vertical linked to revenue, retention, and outcomes.
• Embed with 3-5 strategic accounts to understand workflows and pain points.
• Run structured discovery across interviews, ride-alongs, competitive analysis, and usage data.
• Negotiate with platform PMs to advocate for vertical priorities with data and customer evidence.
• Write requirements that are specific yet flexible for engineering and platform-wide use.
• Build internal credibility as the resident industry expert within the company.
