Job summary

Forbes Advisor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale our business formation and management platform for SMBs. You will own new product and platform development, drive discovery, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure rapid, customer-focused delivery.

You will identify opportunities across the customer journey, define backlog priorities, and partner with sales and partnerships to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience, with a track record of 0–1 products and platform evolution.
Experience designing and launching workflow automations or integrations that reduce cost or improve throughput.
Strong empathy for SMBs, solopreneurs, or small business owners making high‑consideration decisions.
Comfortable across the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
Proficiency with SQL and product analytics tools; data-driven decision making.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and gathering input from multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead 0-to-1 product discovery and delivery from hypothesis to MVP and scalable launch.
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities across the customer journey and market landscape.
Optimize and scale the core platform to support new use cases and growth.
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver end‑to‑end products.
Design and automate core workflows to reduce friction and costs while improving CX.
Partner with sales, marketing, and partnerships to define GTM strategy and validate demand.
Manage a structured backlog and prioritize initiatives based on impact and resources.
Track post‑launch performance and drive iterative improvements.
