Job summary

Brady in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the product category strategy, P&L, and lifecycle. You will lead market research, VOC efforts, and price positioning while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales to drive growth and innovation.

You will influence go-to-market plans, guide a cross-functional team, and ensure alignment with revenue goals. Domestic and international travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
• Ability to interact with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Experience creating and executing strategies.
• Decision making skills to drive initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages product category strategy and P&L to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Owns product lifecycle strategy for the product offering.
• Develops and implements the product roadmap based on VOC and market research.
• Develops pricing strategy for list and off-book pricing.
• Maintains market position through competitive review.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Operations and Sourcing to cost-out initiatives.
• Partners with Marketing Communications on materials and launch plans.
• Develops marketing and sales strategies for product groups.
• Drives product positioning with channel management and sales.
• Trains internal and external partners on the product line.
