You will uncover universal customer problems, craft multi-year roadmaps, and drive growth through migrations and upgrades.

The role requires 5+ years in product management within manufacturing, strong cross-functional leadership, and travel up to 30% internationally and domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or relevant field, MBA Preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to advocate for both internal and external users and customers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives without formal reporting authority.
• Ability to formulate long-term strategies, navigate ambiguity, and connect daily execution to strategic objectives.
• Decisiveness and prioritization: know when and how to say no to maintain focus.
• Up to 30% travel, international and domestic.

Responsabilités

• Define 3–5 year strategic product roadmaps and drive front-end discovery.
• Author MRDs/PRDs using personas, workflows and real-world use cases.
• Oversee multi-generational product lines and manage lifecycle and P&L.
• Build capital expenditure business cases and global value-based pricing structures.
• Develop GTM launch playbooks and sales tools like battlecards and ROI calculators.
• Partner with supply chain to build demand forecasts and manage obsolescence.
• Maintain executive alignment and drive cross-functional communication.
