Job summary

Sealed Air seeks a Sr. Product Manager for Shrink Films to own the P&L for our shrink portfolio, including Cryovac films, Shanklin equipment, and aftermarket service. You will build roadmaps and pricing strategies to drive margin and share gains across the portfolio.

You’ll partner with Sales as a business ally, owning pricing, deals, and contract sign‑offs. The role is hybrid in Charlotte, NC with some travel and coordination with manufacturing and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B product management of technical, capital‑intensive equipment or systems.
• Track record managing an integrated portfolio spanning hardware, consumables, and service offerings.
• Hands on experience with contract negotiation, aftermarket service models, and distribution/channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the roadmap for shrink films and Shanklin shrink equipment, covering both food contact and non‑food protective applications.
• Build the business case for growth opportunities across the portfolio: evaluate total addressable market, cost to serve, and ROI on any investment.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle for shrink films and shrink equipment, from requirements gathering through launch, sustainment, and end of life.
• Prioritize feature enhancements, cost reduction programs, and service improvements based on margin impact, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
• Interface regularly with the Shanklin equipment manufacturing site in Ayer, MA, on product specifications and roadmap execution.
