Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and existing packaging materials, systems, and equipment through testing and field trials.
• Develop and implement strategic ideas to improve packaging product lines and customer value.
• Provide technical solutions to customers and internal teams through on-site support.
• Lead testing plans and field trials to validate performance of packaging materials and processes.
• Translate customer needs into recommendations for product and process improvements.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
