Job summary

eBay is seeking a Sr. Product Manager-T for Shopping Intent & Conversion Triggers. You will lead the Shopping Intent portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmap, and engagement across email, push, in-app, and other channels to re-engage buyers and boost conversions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Design to implement AI-powered decisioning, experiment frameworks, and scalable systems. Remote roles are not eligible for sponsorship.

Qualifications

7-9 years of product management experience including technical product management and growth

Responsibilities

Own the Shopping Intent CRM portfolio: vision, strategy, roadmap, experimentation and outcomes.
Define activation of high-intent signals and CRM experiences across channels.
Lead roadmap planning across programs, balancing relevance, conversion impact, and feasibility.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and Design to improve personalization and measurement.
Translate problems into PRDs, MVPs, experiments, and execution plans; manage dependencies.
Lead a small portfolio team of PMs to increase impact and deliver high-quality outcomes.
